In our earlier article (#4) of TLBTalk’s Patriot’s Corner, we discussed Natural Law and how important property rights are but we just barely scratched the surface so let’s dig in deeper now.
Karl Marx, founder of communism and author of the “Communist Manifesto” wrote that “The theory of Communism may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property. (Section 2, paragraph 13).”
This is the most vital basic fundamental right of people that MUST be fought for and maintained or that society becomes slaves to a larger master. This is a fact of history and is why our Founding Fathers fought so hard to preserve this right. Property owners must stand up now!
The Declaration of Independence defined property rights when it states how all citizens are born with the natural rights of “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” In that previous article we explained how Jefferson meant this to be “property.”
The evil beast that we all face in our counties is the fake “Sustainable Development” movement that wants to move us out of the rural areas and control us in mega-cities in every aspect of our lives.
International Agenda
This is the communist agenda sweeping across the entire nation and it’s in every county. It is called “Agenda 21” (which is the UN document that defined their evil plans) for the 21st Century. Now they have made it more specific and are calling it “Agenda 2030” because they believe that they will have their goals accomplished by then. You have probably also heard it referred to as the “Green New Deal or The Great Reset.” They continue to change the name but it is all being done under the guise of “sustainable development” and the plan is to move the masses out of single-family homes and into stack/pack units in their mega-cities.
One of the leading advocates against the agenda is Tom DeWeese who has published books about it and has trained many activists in how to fight against it. Although this is a behemoth agenda, Tom managed to put out an explanation of it in as simple of a manner as possible so let’s begin with it, here. In that shortened description, you will notice how it all started with the “Bruntland Report” back in 1987. We have been very familiar with that report but did not know much about the author (i.e., Gro Harlem Brundtland) until now.
A fairly quick connection of some dots takes us directly from the “Bruntland Report” of the 80s to the chaotic, insane world we are all living in now in the post-pandemic world ran by the elite who like to call it “the Great Reset.”
Connection to the 80s “Bruntland Report”
The blog we mentioned, above, states how the GPMB (Global Preparedness Monitoring Board) is funded by the Gates Foundation and other nefariously evil organizations like the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative but what’s really interesting is where it states that the Board is led by 2 shady characters, one of them being Gro Harlem Brundtland. So, we checked it out and all one has to do is go to their website and click on “Former Co-Chairs and Members” and sure enough , there she is right along with the highest paid bureaucrat in the history of the world…Mr. Fauci.
Back in April, 2020, we published an article showing how the incentive behind inflating the Covid death rates was due to the issuance of “pandemic bonds” which happened back in 2017. Who issued these bonds where they want to get rich from dead people? Of course, it is the World Bank who partnered up with the GPMB as their website shows. The World Bank website, proudly, boasts how they are “strengthening the case for globalism.”
As this green website describes, “The WHO Director-General, Dr Tedros Ghebreyesus, and the World Bank Group President, Dr Jim Young Kim, co-led the creation of the board.” This means that the top bank in the world came together with the top “health organization” and created and funded the plandemic.
It’s all about the UN sustainable development agenda which we expose here and their plans of Agenda 21/2030 where they plan to “reorganize human society” and it will happen unless you start standing up against it!
Federal Land Grab – The worst EVER!
The federal government has declared war on the people with the Biden cabal’s 30×30 land grab. Thank God that great people are fighting back hard against this like Margaret Byfield of American Stewards of Liberty. As she states in this video, the federal government resolution states that 30% is “just the minimum” of the land they intend to steal from the people. It is really “up to 70%” of the land that this international agenda intends to illegally take from the people in our, once great, country!!
This land grab is the worst in the history of the U.S.! AsTom DeWeese pointed out in his speech at the “Stop 30×30 Summit” in Dallas, “today, we are up against the most diabolical force freedom has ever faced.” He also explains how this will definitely affect you – he states, “First, Sustainable Development policies are a one-size-fits-all proposition with a government bureaucrat making all of the decisions concerning the use of your property.”
Property Rights
So…what exactly do we mean by “property rights?”
Richard B. Sanders (Washington State Supreme Court Justice) legally defined private property in this manner…and I presented this to the La Plata County Commissioners several years ago when I tried to get them to include a protection of property rights in their land use code:
“Property in a thing consists not merely in its ownership and possession, but in the unrestricted right of use, enjoyment and disposal. Anything which destroys any of the elements of property, to that extent, destroys the property itself. The substantial value of property lies in its use. If the right of use be denied, the value of the property is annihilated and ownership is rendered a barren right.”
The key word in that is “UNRESTRICTED” and people should demand property rights without regulations on usage of it!
TAKE ACTION!
So how do you stand up against this evil agenda?
Stop local officials from taking grant money that looks local but is NOT! It’s always connected to federal funding which is, by default, linked to international banking or philanthropic organizations that support foreign governments. One recent boondoggle that is happening across the nation and definitely in Colorado is a push for “Regional Housing” or “Workforce Housing” which is just code for building their “ideal communist city” in every small town across the country. Those are the words of the UN and their agenda, not mine.
This is the type of evil tactics they are using in every community:
- Form-based codes which are international and not local at all
- “Ideal communist city” based on these codes is the goal of local sustainable development (find source)
- Smart growth
- Regional “councils” (COG-council of governance, Regional Economic Development organizations, etc.)
- These “councils” undermine local representation
- Their goal is to oppose protection of private property
One of the best things to do is to present your local government with a “Resolution to protect property rights” which basically says:
- Anything with my property, you must inform me first.
- If you do anything to restrict usage on my property, you owe me the market value of the restriction.
- In order to implement their “planning” they won’t be able to bring people onto my property without my permission.
Educate your local representatives because they think they are doing good things for the community. Explain to them how they are actually handing their power over to state and federal thugs instead of representing the people. They need to stop being cowards and start doing the job they were elected to do which is to protect the rights of the people!
Organize a few people and build a “Freedom Pod” before it’s too late. As George Washington said, “Freedom and property rights are inseparable. You can’t have one without the other.”
