We are a group of citizens who are concerned about the future of La Plata County (LPC), Colorado due to several over-reaching local government policies that are being forced upon the people in our rural county.
We stand up for the unalienable rights of all citizens as defined by the Preamble in the Declaration of Independence where it says:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Our organization is reaching out to other counties in Colorado and in the nation to compare and connect the dots of how this is happening in similar manners all across the country as the “sustainable development” agenda gets pushed onto all of us.
Our Mission Statement reflects that we are a group who researches issues using primary sources to provide accurate information to the people of La Plata County and to share with other counties who are interested.
