The “Natural Law” is the basic foundation of the United States of America and is the core of the rights of the people. So what does it mean, actually? In a nutshell, it means that our rights come from our humanity, not government! We discussed this more in previous publications of the “Patriot’s Corner” so please go back and read those articles again.
Saint Thomas Aquinas is the original master of this concept and John Locke studied Aquinas philosophy and, later, influenced Thomas Jefferson who wrote the Declaration of Independence which tries to protect our rights from a tyrannical government.
We all know by now that the American government is so tyrannical that it continues to fail miserably in performing the one job it has which is to protect the rights of the people…but why is this happening?
In an excellent video explaining all of this, Judge Napalitano states, “the people have consented to have their rights taken” and he goes on to explain that “they can only be taken away if I give them up myself.” One sad reality that is crystal clear is that the people have consented for their rights to be taken by government since the war against the people broke out in the spring of 2020 with the fake covid scare.
One of the things at the core of natural rights are property rights. Most Americans do not understand how Thomas Jefferson really was talking about property rights when he wrote “pursuit of happiness.” In fact, at first he wrote how we should all have the right to life, liberty and property but he, later, changed it to “pursuit of happiness” to encompass many things. The powers that be are trying to do everything possible to strip Americans of their property rights because they know how essential it is to freedom. The UN launched their radical “Agenda 21” which is now referred to as “Agenda 2030” in order to steal property rights from American individuals. This is why the leftist communists in our country launched the 30 x 30 plan which could lock up half the land in our nation.
The bottom line is that it is the DUTY of each individual American citizen to know their rights by understanding where they come from (i.e., Almighty God, not government), to educate others on the topic, and to take some action to try and defend the Natural Law which protects these rights.
